    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page two, section twenty-three(b), line thirteen after the word “eligible” by inserting the word “nonviolent”;

    And,

    On page three, section twenty-three(d), line twenty-five after the word “appropriate” by striking out the word “inmates” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “nonviolent offenders”.
